Visit of the Minister of Internal Affairs of
Turkmenistan to Seoul
On
December 16-18, 2019, the delegation of Turkmenistan, headed by the Minister of
Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan, Mr.Mammetkhan Chakyev, visited Seoul,
Republic of Korea.
The
purpose of the visit it is mutual cooperation between the internal affairs of
Turkmenistan and the Republic of Korea. During the visit, the Minister of
Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan had met with the Minister of Internal Affairs
and Security of the Republic of Korea. During the meeting, the sides discussed cooperation
in the field of IT technology and exchange of experiences in this area.
Minister
of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan also, had a working meeting with the Executive
Director of the Secretariat of the Korea-Central Asia Forum Mr. Kim Song-in. The
parties exchanged views on current cooperation between two countries in the framework
of Secretariat. Also, Issues of further intensification of cooperation in
different spheres between Turkmenistan and Republic of Turkmenistan.
