2019 ACH Invitation Program for ASEAN Fans of Hallyu (the Korean Wave)
 
From October 25–November 2, the ASEAN Culture House held the 2019 ACH Invitation Program for ASEAN Fans of the Korean Wave. Thirty Korean Wave fans from the 10 ASEAN countries were invited to Korea during their school holidays. The participants actively experienced K-pop and IT in Seoul and Busan, and were able to develop an in-depth appreciation of Korea at traditional cultural venues and popular sites related to the Korean Wave.
This year, participants were given a fun mission to complete, creating video content under the theme of “Korea in ASEAN and ASEAN in Korea.” They produced videos about their travels and about aspects of Korean culture that can be found in ASEAN and ASEAN culture that can be found in Korea.
