On October 31st, an overseas job fair of five ASEAN countries (Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Vietnam) was hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, Busan Metropolitan City, and the Korea Human Resources Development Corporation on the first floor of Busan City Hall. The ASEAN Culture House seized the opportunity to set up a booth to promote ASEAN culture where videos, books and traditional costumes were on display. There was also a lecture held about ASEAN culture and customs by Prof. Ahn Jong-yang of the Division of Southeast Asian Studies at Busan University of Foreign Studies.

It provided young people hoping to work overseas with an opportunity to gain a greater understanding of ASEAN culture, helping them to better adapt to the respective areas they may visit.
